At laibry, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.
Do I need to send products all the way to China?
European customers can return their products to our European warehouse, US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 30 days, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
The returned items are required to return by local regular post mail. A tracking number with the local regular post mail is necessary due to the high loss rate of international shipping; it is also an evidence for the refund of shipping fee.
Can I return the incompatible items?
If an item you received isn't compatible with your equipment, you may return it providing that:
1. The item has not been used.
2. The item is in its original display package, which must also be in new condition and sellable condition.
3. All parts, accessories, warranty cards, and instructions are enclosed.
How long should I wait for a refund after I returned the item?
When we received your returned item and clarified photos, we will examine it ASAP and refund you at once if confirmed.
